After 25+ years in the corporate professional world working for global organisations such as Qantas, Executive Recruitment Agency and Law Firms I made the decision to branch out and start my own business based on using my experience to assist others in managing the day to day of their business.

Anyone who has worked with me knows that I am a dedicated and capable individual. When I take on a business commitment I absolutely put my 100% effort into it - take a peek at my LinkedIn recommendations!

I've had an extensive and enjoyable career and built many relationships with senior executives and business/industry colleagues along the way. One of the absolute loves of my working life has been the great relationships I have built and maintained with colleagues and clients.  It's my firm belief that people source from people and therefore a personal connection is so important.  

My business was the next logical step in my career and goal and has been a dream of mine for years.

So a little about my experience - with a broad corporate background in Management, Aviation, Business Operations, Marketing, Events, Sponsorships, Administration and as Paralegal/Legal Secretary I am accomplished at a variety of business operations and marketing skills, governance, procedures, policies and compliance as well as developing working relationships with clients and stakeholders that enable the delivery of successful outcomes. I am highly technically capable (aka I learn new systems very quickly) and love digital design.

My past experience includes roles in Operations for C Suite Recruitment Agency, Senior Manager at Qantas managing Charter Contracts/Mining Accounts, managing my own team who performed national and international services for private charter flights, Regional and National Marketing, Sponsorships (including Charities, Arts, Television and Destination TV shows), Events and working as a paralegal for many years.  

My experience is vast, however, to provide the best service, I have focussed my YOA Business Specialities in a way that provides a range of services to a small group of clients.
